The Representation of National Upbringing in Uzbek and English Literature

Abstract

This article provides a comparative analysis of the formation of the concept of national upbringing among the Uzbek and English peoples and its representation in literary works. It examines the specific characteristics of upbringing, national values, family, respect for parents, and the upbringing of the younger generation within Eastern and Western mentalities, as well as the representation of national and universal human values in contemporary drabbles. The aim of the study is to identify the national characteristics, similarities and differences of drabbles in Uzbek and English literature, as well as the relationship between the writer and the reader. The subject of the study comprises the structure, constituent elements, characters, and details of drabbles. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the comparative analysis of the national characteristics (CC of drabbles in Uzbek and English literature based on the principles of artistic BY) license expression.
