This article investigates the interpretation and manner of exposition Accepted: 28-05-2026 of the legal-juridical topics treated in “Sharḥ Mushkilаt al-Quduri” by Badr Published:09-06-2026 al-Din Muḥammad ibn Maḥmud al-Kardari (Khwаharzаda, d. 651/1253).
