This article analyzes the ideas put forward in Shaykh Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf’s work “Mukammal Saodat Yo‘li” (“The Perfect Path to Happiness”) from a scientific and psychotherapeutic perspective. The author identifies the appreciation of the individual, self-awareness, the management of behavior and emotions, and the establishment of healthy social relationships as fundamental elements for psychological stability. The article reveals the integration of the development of internal resources, self-reflection, strong will formation, and social support with modern psychotherapeutic approaches. The results indicate that these principles significantly enhance the effectiveness of contemporary psychotherapy, prevention, and rehabilitation.
