Today, students can use electronic devices perfectly, but digital literacy is not just scrolling through a social media feed. On the contrary, it is about correctly understanding the purpose of the neuro-algorithms that are increasingly influencing our lives and using them wisely. Although a great deal of research has been conducted on this issue globally, the matter remains highly relevant. The disruption of students’ screen time norms is leading to behavioural disorders, a lack of social purpose, and a spiritual void, which in turn is causing them to fall behind in their education. The negative impact of social media on the brain’s psychophysiological processes has been proven, but the advent of artificial intelligence tools is now making the situation even more serious. As a result, concentration is becoming more difficult, memory is deteriorating, learning is falling behind, and impatience and aimlessness are on the rise. Therefore, it is scientifically possible to predict that in the future, there will be an increase in crime for no apparent reason and the quality of education will continue to decline.
