Abstract

This article analyzes the role and significance of the mentor in the process of the spiritual, moral, and intellectual development of the younger generation in the context of a modern information society. Within the framework of scientific analysis, it examines the attitude toward knowledge based on Islamic teachings, the harmony between religious and secular knowledge, as well as the guiding and educational functions of the mentor in the educational process. It also highlights the impact of the internet and digital technologies on the worldview of young people and the mentor’s responsibility for their effective and safe use. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of cooperation between family, educational institutions, and society.
